How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.
What are your shipping options?
- Standard Shipping: 4–13 business days
- Express Shipping: Faster options available at checkout
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over [$50 for t-shirts only & $80 for hoodies and sweats only] qualify for free shipping.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within [U.S.], but we’re working on expanding!
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within [ 14 days] of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Otherwise, we offer store credit or exchanges.
How do I start a return?
Email poordopekids.inc@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Are sale or limited-edition items returnable?
No, all sale and limited-drop items are final sale.

How do I know what size to get?
Each product page has a size chart. If unsure, we suggest sizing up for a looser fit.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some styles will restock, but limited-edition drops won’t return. Follow us on Instagram @poordopekids.co for updates.
How do I care for my clothing?
- Machine wash cold
- Hang dry or tumble dry low
- Avoid high heat to protect prints and embroidery
